At The Sausage Maker, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, food-based products such as seasonings, casings, and cures cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a traceable carrier to our Buffalo, NY distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
