Our seasoning blends are packed for maximum freshness and typically maintain their full flavor profile for 12 to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping for equipment and supplies?
Yes, we ship our sausage making equipment and supplies worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on package weight.
Are your collagen and natural casings edible?
Yes, all of our natural hog, sheep, and beef casings are edible. Our collagen casings are also edible and provide a consistent diameter for uniform sausage links.
What is your return policy on food-grade items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened seasonings, cures, or casings. Unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I know which grinder plate size to use?
The plate size depends on the desired texture: a 3mm to 4.5mm plate is ideal for fine sausages like franks, while a 10mm to 12mm plate is best for coarse grinds like salami or chili meat.
Are your products gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
