Our High Temp Cheese Assortment comes with l lbs. each of Cheddar, Pepper & Mozzarella. This cheese is specially made with a 400 F melting point so that it doesn't melt as normal cheese does; it's perfect for use in a variety of high temperature applications such as injecting into sausages, hot dogs, etc. The 1/4″ dice is a perfect size for all types of sausages from big bologna to snack sticks and burger patties. Our high temp cheese is ideal for summer sausage, cheese franks or brats. Our cheese also comes in 5 lb., bags of: Bleu Cheese, Usage For best results, use 5-10% cheese to ground meat or 0.5 to 1 lbs. cheese per 10 lbs. of meat. Product Details:

Keep refrigerated. Freezing not recommended. High temp cheese has a stable shelf life and will not go bad if its refrigerated for short periods of time.
