#32 Stainless Steel 1/4" Grinder Plate 420 Series heat treated stainless teel plate. Fits standard #32 Meat Grinders. The plate is not compatible with The Porkert Meat Grinder.

• 3/8" Plate thickness

How to Use #32 Stainless Steel 1/4″ Grinder Plate is perfect for making Bratwurst, Salsiccia Fresca, Thuringer and Dry Chorizo. Maintenance Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
