How to Use #22 Stainless Steel 3/8″ Grinder Plate with Hub is is an all purpose grinder plate. Primarily used for most fresh sausages, hamburger and some Kielbasa. Maintenance Hand wash #22 Stainless Steel 3/8" Grinder Plate with Hub with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
